Limited Warranty Coverage

Your MuteMagic has a one year from date of purchase Limited Warranty. 

If the unit does not function properly due to a defect in materials or workmanship, All American Gadgets Inc., at its option will either repair or replace it.

In order to receive warranty service, your MuteMagic must be received by All American Gadgets, Inc. within the warranty period. A receipt or other proof of original purchase date is required for Limited Warranty service.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only covers MuteMagic purchased as new in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with MuteMagic, All American Gadgets Inc. will refund the purchase price for returns received within 15 days of the original ship date.  

Only the purchase price will be refunded; shipping and handling costs are non refundable. A proof of purchase is required for a refund.

The MuteMagic must be in re-sellable condition and any evidence of tampering will void this refund policy.

To receive a refund, the MuteMagic must be returned with all the original accessories including cables, power supply and documentation.

REFUND POLICY

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and verification that it is in re-sellable condition, All American Gadgets Inc. will issue a company check as a refund within 15 to 30 days.
